Seating will be round tables that accommodate 8 to 10 people, head tables and gift tables are available. Diagrams with numbered tables are available for ease when assigning seating.
Linen
We offer a wide variety of tablecloth and napkin colors to choose from. This is at no extra charge for you. Assorted styles are available at a nominal charge.
Party Consulting
At no additional charge to our customers, we offer a referral list containing names and numbers of the companies we recommend to help make your event a complete success. We will call and setup appointments for for you at your convience to meet these individuals in our conference room or their showroom.
Entertaining
As of 1/1/2008 Galdo's offers several professional house Disc Jockeys. The cost of Galdo's Disc Jockeys is $400 for a four hour event and $550 for a five hour event. If an outside Disc Jockey is used for an event, there is a $50 charge to the customer having the event from Galdo's which will be added to the fianl payment. Galdo's also offers house Disc Jockey Equipment for use at the cost of $100 for any outside Disc Jockey.
Parking
Galdo's has unlimited, safe, off street parking on our grounds. Our security staff will monitor the parking grounds during the entire function.
Food and Beverage Guarantee
Your final number or guests must be specified five (5) business days prior to the event. This will be your minimum guarantee, not subject to reduction and for which you will be charged. We will be prepared to setup and serve five percent over the guarantee (minimum guarantee of 75 guests per room / 200 the entire facility). Please note Galdo's is the holder of a liquor license and therefore, its our policy that no outside liquors, beer or wine is brought into our facility.
Payment
A non-refundable / non-transferable deposit of 10% of the anticipated revenue will be required in order to confirm the place to you. Balance is due five (5) business days prior to the event.
